If any of these conditions are confusing, please email me ahead of booking. By booking, you agree to these conditions. There are no refunds for completed labor, so if you attend a session you are required to pay the full fee.
rescheduling & canceling Appointments
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours ahead of your appointment time. Reschedule or cancel through Acuity. To do so, check your confirmation email. There’s a button that says, “Change/Cancel Appointment.” Click that and follow the instructions. If you don’t see a time that suits your schedule, email me. However, if you try to email me to cancel or reschedule your appointment and it goes to spam, I can’t be held responsible for not replying to your request. It’s best if you use Acuity for this reason.
Within 48 hours of your appointment time, any change amounts to a cancellation and you will be charged the full fee. If you would like to reschedule, you can do so at half the price of a regular session if this is the first time you’ve had to make an appointment change at the last minute. Please email me to initiate that process.
if you are late or don’t attend your session
If you are going to be late for your session, please let me know by replying to your booking email from Acuity as soon as possible.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will also be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for the full fee of the session. Similar to a cancellation or reschedule within 48 hours, I will offer you a half-price consultation if you want to reschedule if this is the first time we’ve run into a last-minute schedule change.
what to do if it appears i’m running late to our zoom session
If you join the Zoom meeting and it shows “waiting for the host to start this meeting” for more than 2 minutes after our scheduled time, please let me know via email right away (it might be a tech issue). Unless I reach out beforehand, the Zoom meeting will always be open right at the scheduled time.
